After beginning my journeyas a Yoga teacher trainer I continued my masters in Yoga (therapy) from Swami Vivekanand Yoga AnsusadhanSamasthan (Yoga University) Banglore under best yoga masters and healers. Itwas a lifetime opportunity to gain experience in Arogyadhama a 250 bedded yogatherapy hospital managed by Dr. Nagrathna MD (Medicine) an authority on Yoga therapy and research.

I am a Yoga Therapy Teacher Trainer and a yoga therapist. Themost beautiful thing about following your passion as a profession is you neverfind yourself loaded. And continuous up-gradation in your profession happens tobe a hobby. Being a yoga therapist, I am a member to Asian Yoga TherapyAssociation.

Asian Yoga Therapy Association is one of the first endeavoursin the field of yoga that collaborates different yoga professionals andinstitutions and propels evidence-based yoga therapy across Asian Subcontinent.

Associated with noble cause it is established since 2016.Being a member their this year I attended the 4th Asian Yoga TherapyConference.  Aiming to take the latesttechniques and research in the field of yoga and propagate it to the remotestparts of the world these conferences happens to be the ocean of knowledge.
