Dr. Ritesh Patel possesses degrees in Ayurvedic Medicine and Yoga Naturopathy, along with a Post Graduation Diploma in Wellness Management Rehab and Functional Training. His academic journey includes an MSc in Yoga Therapy from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhan Sansthan in Bangalore (Yoga University), further enriching his profound understanding of the science of yoga. He has 21+ years of experience.

Mrs. Poonam Patel is a highly accomplished and dedicated yoga practitioner and instructor who has made significant contributions to the field of yoga. As the Co-founder Director of the Life Spring Yoga Institute in Vadodara, she has played a pivotal role in promoting the physical and mental well-being of individuals through the practice of yoga. With a career spanning 17 years in conducting yoga sessions, Mrs. Poonam Patel has honed her skills in teaching and guiding individuals on their yoga journeys. In 2020, Mrs. Poonam Patel achieved another milestone in her yoga journey by successfully completing an Advanced Medical Yoga Short Course from the GNOSIS Medical Yoga Foundation.

Mr. Karan Ganatara - Yoga Instructor, LSYI

Karan Gantara, is not just a fine arts teacher; he is also a dedicated and passionate follower of yoga. He decided to deepen his knowledge and practice by becoming a certified yoga instructor. Karan received his formal training as a yoga instructor from two reputable institutions: Yoga Niketan in Vadodara and S Vyasa in Bangalore. These institutions are known for their rigorous and comprehensive yoga teacher training programs, which cover various aspects of yoga, including asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breath control), meditation, and the philosophy behind yoga. One of Karan’s notable roles is conducting asana and pranayama sessions for students enrolled in the Yoga Instructor Certification (YIC) program at Life Spring Yoga.
