Using yogic texts as references we will understand the yoga philosophy and its application in our own day to day life. These texts are hath yoga pradipika, Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, and Gherand smahita. Karma yoga, Gyan yoga, bhakti yoga, and raja yoga will be discussed in depth aa applied in routine.
History of yoga from Its Inception to modern time.
As we know yoga is not only an Asana practice but there are different other practices too which a yoga teacher must be aware of. Some of these practices are micro and macrocirculation and other loosening practice. In this course we teach fundamental of yoga asana practice.

One of the most important parts of this fundamental course 50 Asanas are introduced.
