Itwas a lifetime opportunity to gain experience in Arogyadhama a 250 bedded yogatherapy hospital managed by Dr. Nagrathna MD (Medicine) an authority on Yoga therapy and research.

Asian Yoga Therapy Association is one of the first endeavoursin the field of yoga that collaborates different yoga professionals andinstitutions and propels evidence-based yoga therapy across Asian Subcontinent.

Associated with noble cause it is established since 2016.Being a member their this year I attended the 4th Asian Yoga TherapyConference.  Aiming to take the latesttechniques and research in the field of yoga and propagate it to the remotestparts of the world these conferences happens to be the ocean of knowledge.
